Returns
We want you to love your purchase, but if you are not completely satisfied, we gladly accept most returns by mail and via arranged pickup within 7 days of purchase for free. Exceptions are noted below. Returned items must be in original, saleable condition. Shipping and delivery fees are non-refundable.
Special Orders
- All sales of special ordered custom gift boxes are final and therefore not eligible for return or exchange.
Sale Items
- All custom gift boxes purchased on sale are final and therefore not eligible for return or exchange.
Tech Accessories
- Tech accessories with original tags and packaging can be returned within 7 days of purchase
- Special order merchandise and items that have been altered are not eligible for return or exchange
How refunds are received
You have proof of purchase: If you have your original receipt, the credit card you used to purchase, your return label or packing slip, you will get a refund in the original form of payment.
It was a gift: If you have a gift receipt or a return label, you will get a refund in the form of a Heaven at Home credit.
You don’t have proof of purchase: You may still be eligible for Heaven at Home credit for the item's lowest selling price within the last 180 days.
